DecoderPro Manual Index
DecoderPro® is one of the JMRI applications for model railroaders. DecoderPro makes it easier to configure the DCC decoders in your locomotives, allowing you to use all the neat features in modern decoders.DecoderPro can run on any computer system that will run Java 1.3, whether it is Macintosh, Windows, or Linux based. Note that all screen shots in this manual are from a Windows machine using the "Metal" User Interface option. While your screens will probably differ in some layout details, they will be essentially the same.
For information on how to download and install DecoderPro, please see the download page.
For information on the DCC systems that DecoderPro can work with, please see the hardware page.
Note: This entire manual has been updated to correspond to DecoderPro 1.3, and the HTML verified using HTML4 and Cascading Style Sheets. If the formatting looks odd, you might need to update your browser.
